The quality of the manicure was good, and the manicurist took a little while to warm up but was very nice and professional. You are just placed at the bottom of the stair right by the break room, so not the best for a nice relaxing experience. But if you want a good in and out manicure then is a good place in central london

The environment was clean and the beautician was very friendly. I received threading on my eyes and upper lip which was quick and completed perfectly. However my Brazilian was disappointing as not all hair was removed, it was more painful than I am used to and the beautician double dipped the wax stick rather than using a new one for each application.
