The venue and the manner of the therapist was very nice. However, this was a terrible waxing. I have been waxing for three years and have never had such a painful experience. There were large patches of hair left in several, not hard to reach places. It was fast but there was seemingly no organization or method to the waxing and she would pull large patches in the sensitive areas making it rushed and careless. She also would not apply pressure after pulling which helps alleviate pain.
