Treatment I went for: Luxury Facial & Full Body Massage. Massage quality was excellent! Treatment time: supposed to be 1 hr 50 min,but I only got 1hr 30m from it, not happy. Facial: should be based on "Dr. Murad" products - looking in the treatment room, I really think it is not the product used (I didn't see this Dr. Murad in room at all). Room: it was very, very cold. I was shivering throughout the time. The room should really be warmed up beforehand, not when I arrived.
