I have been to this salon several times over the years, usually it’s good value highlights but the last 3 experiences have been terrible. Inexperienced staff, terrible highlights that have been blotchy and patchy. I’ve had highlights for 15 years and have never had issues with having two blonde colours and a toner, the staff were rude and unhelpful and told me I couldn’t have a highlight and low light. My haircut was uneven, I’ve straight hair and wanted a trim. It was so uneven I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Do not go here. It’s not worth it. It’s also dirty which I wouldn’t usually care about but clearly they’ve stopped caring over the last year and it’s become a dirty salon with inexperienced staff who don’t care.

My stylist was soooo lovely! Even though I was holding them up from going home! Always made sure I was comfortable and looked after, if I wanted a drink etc and let me know what she was doing i.e. we'll give the colour 5 more mins. Also sorted out a confusion with my account easily. Made it a very nice experience like you hope it to be when you treat yourself to the salon :)
