Having been here before for same treatment and received great service and treatment I rebooked thinking I’d get the same. However this time I felt I was an inconvenience and at one point when I queried something about the process as it differed in practice to how I’d had the treatment on numerous occasions in the past, I felt the hairdresser was just annoyed I’d dared to question! Sadly as a result I’m unlikely to revisit this salon

Fantastic full head of highlights. Really pleased with the colour. Couldn’t fault it. Wash, Hair cut and blow dry was sub-standard. Nothing I couldn’t have done at home. Felt like a half-hearted effort.
