Overall a good cut and good value for money, but they were very rough with my hair especially when washing and styling it - was a bit painful!

Liked the colour. Hated the cut. I asked for graduated layers and she lopped the whole lot off and left it bulky and uneven. I'll be returning for colour but yet again, disappointed with the cut after persevering with this salon for years.
