Great haircut and balyage from Elle. The salon was busy given it was a Saturday but Elle was very efficient and really listened to what I wanted!

I have been a regular visitor for a few years and have always been happy with my hair colour. I have received compliments about my hair colour. The only reason why I am not awarding 5 stars is because I frequently get phone calls 2 days or 1 day before my appointment informing me my stylist is not available. I always book months in advance and that doesn't give me much flexibility to change my appointments.
