The Stylist Elle was incredibly rude. After a trim I felt my ends which still felt brittle I said I think a bit more needs to come off, as I told her my main reason was to get rid of all damaged hair. She said “you’ll have to pay for a second hair cut then, she said she was finished. I told her “but you just asked me is that alright? I’ve said no it needs more off.” Either pay for a second haircut and my colleague will do it or that’s it.” I’m in shock leaving the salon. Truly.
Asking a customer to pay for a second haircut is a first for me in all my years going to salons. I now get why this place was the cheapest price. Avoid.
