Loved my hair colour, exactly what I wanted and asked for! However I had a different stylist for my hair cut, and it is the worst hair cut I have had and I was so disappointed. Cut loads of when I asked to be minimal and the front it 1/2 inches shorter than the back, I said it looked weird and not what I wanted and she replied with it looks really nice, so I now have two layers of hair at different lengths, I proceeded to say I wanted my fringe cutting too and she laughed in my face and and said really?! So I couldn’t even get what I wanted! Shame as I loved the colour and would go back just for that, but the unfortunately I can’t overcome the cut, and it’s going to take ages to grow out and look normal.

I’ve just had my haircut and I’m extremely disappointed! The lady I had did not listen to me in the slightest. I asked for a trim, no length to be taken off, she took over an inch off that people have made comment on how short my hair is! I also asked her not to shape around my face, she then proceeded to! She then asked how I would like it blow dried, in my last attempt to not be so gutted by her incompetence I asked for it to be blow dried curled. It came out straight! She told me it was due to the treatment and would of never curled anyway & how she knows a lot more than me as she is the hair dresser.
I walked out in tears due to her rudeness and complete ignorance. I have been growing my hair for years & this lady completely ignoring every request I asked for MY hair & completely ruined this! I will not be coming back.
