This is the 2nd time that I have been to this salon, Im happy with the results but slightly annoyed that I can't seem to book with the same hair dresser.

Went to Colour My Life on Sunday. I was really really disappointed with my experience, especially after reading positive reviews here. My hairdresser had three clients at the same time which meant there was a lot of waiting around and in turn we all got left with wet hair for quite a while. I felt quite sorry for the hairdresser as she was clearly overwhelmed (and it was her first day!) but it meant my experience was pretty much ruined. I was told to have the £15 repair treatment (which I did) and then heard her tell the lady next to me that she could have the treatment for free to apologise for the long wait time, which was pretty frustrating! I would have refused to pay for the treatment but honestly I just felt sorry for the hairdresser and didn't want to cause her more stress! The hairbrushes and hairdryers were left on the floor a number of times, and the hairbrushes were full of other people's hair which was pretty grim. Looking around I don't think anyone in there enjoyed their experience that day and I definitely will not be returning to that salon and would not recommend it to anyone even with a discount!

Really good experience here, Joe was lovely, wonderful cut and gave me a full hour of his time to ensure I was happy.
