Truly awful experience. The hairdresser was very nervous and cut about 3mm from the length of my hair and didn't even touch the layers. They then couldn't find any till roll to pay by card, I therefore had to go out to the bank for money but when I had returned the manager had replaced it and was very rude when I said I now had the cash to pay. Wish I didn't go back & having to book into another hairdressers 1 week later for a proper cut. Also don't be fooled by the Treatwell offer, its not actually an offer as the prices are exactly the same in the salon!!
The salon was very busy. A very quiet, non-chatty man coloured my hair whilst a particularly friendly Aussie girl washed out the colour. The colour and cut were amazing. Could not be happier.
This is now my fourth time at Colour my Life, with no doubt many more to come.
I'm not sure what the guys name was that did my hair but he was excellent. Really polite and listened to what I wanted, whilst suggesting what might look good too. Had gave a nice head massage and a treatment too which was a nice surprise as not mentioned in the cost.
I had balayage done at the same salon a few months earlier and after spending the summer in the sun my hair became very dry and the colour was too blonde for my liking... I was concerned about how to fix it without getting rid of the look and in two words, the result was "simply perfect". Marco my Brazilian hairdresser was brilliant at everything he lay his hands on (colour, colour, wash and blow dry) my hair couldn't look healthier! I will be back, and this time I won't be waiting 4 months, the head massage was out of this world! :)
