Appointment was 15 minutes late and my hair was washed in freezing cold water... not a good start but both apologised. Second time I've been here and would go back as hair cut is great value for money and left my hair with a really nice finish.

I was very pleased with the highlights, the colour was great and looked really natural. However the cut and blowdry was very basic and felt rushed. This was my third visit and every time it's been incredibly busy. On my last visit I had already been in the salon for 2 hours by the time it got to the haircut, and it felt like they just wanted me to be finished. This is a great salon for colour but not if you also want a really good haircut.

I have visited this salon a few times and been really happy with my visit, however on this occasion I was disappointed. It being a saturday meant it was very busy and with all the stylists being fully booked there was less attention to detail for each customer. I was left waiting without being told what was going on a few times. And the whole experience lasted over 4 hours as I insisted on having my toner re done. Hopefully next time it will be back to it's usual standard.

I really wanted to love this salon! The gentleman who applied my colour did so nicely, didn't have much chat though which is disappointing. Then because the original stylist had another client, someone else did my cut and blow dry. I spoke about the cut with the first stylist, and the second stylist didn't show much interest. And then came the blow dry....oh my god, it was the most painful blowdry I have ever experience. I had tears welling in my eyes, you could tell the stylist didn't really care. Maybe it was because I was not originally his client, I'm not sure. Like I said before, I really really wanted to love this salon, my colour was great, and the price is unbeatable, but the fear of someone ripping out may hair will keep me away.
