Brilliant care and the colour is brilliant. Lovely hairdresser gave wonderful advice on how to improve the condition of my hair and I felt very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and I'll absolutely be going back here next time! Overall, brilliant! Thank you!!

I would avoid this place. I went to Colour My Life twice. The first time my experience was very good, I had a colour and cut treatment. The colour and the hair cut was spot on, so I decided to give it another go in a few months time. I booked through Treatwell again. The treatment I chose was colour and cut, which was supposed to take 1h 30min. I left the hair salon after 3h. So the hair colour I asked for was a no 6, which is a nice warm medium brown. When they were finished the colour of my hair was practically black. They kept the hair dye for much too long. It sort of seemed like the staff forgot about me and were more busy with other clients. But this is not the worst part of the experience. I usually loose very little or practically no hair in the shower or while brushing, but for the last few months since visiting the salon my hair has been falling like crazy and is getting very thin. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I thought I should share my experience, so other people wouldn't have to go through it.

As soon as you walk-in, they address you and make you feel welcome. The stylist was a sweet young girl who was attentive to my expectations and took the time to explain the process. She also consulted another senior staff while doing my colouring and re-applied toner to achieve the shade desired. The haircut and blow dry was done by another stylist who have me tips to maintain my hair glossy and look fab.
