I've been here a few times and it's fine. The last time I went though I had quite a few issues and said I wouldn't go back. I'm giving them one more try and if they don't get it right I'll give them some in-store feedback and post a final review on them via Treatwell. I went in for a cut, colour and blow dry. The hairdresser didn't wash the hairdye left on my head from putting my tint on and I had to ask her to do it. This seems to be a recurring theme with any salon I go to and is really annoying. After around 15 minutes of having the dye on I realised she had missed the very front of my hair, I told her - no apology just went to the back and got some more dye. The blow dry was very average, I could have done a better job myself. I've had a better blow dry there. Let's see how they get on the next time.

Nice salon and friendly staff. Happy with my haircut! Great value :). Would definitely go again. Only downside was had to wait a while, but it was a Saturday afternoon so fairly busy.

You get what you pay for with this salon, so don't expect mildly good results for a £50 deal. I have visited this salon on more than one occasion, and I have never been seen on time. Appointment was booked at 10am, and my stylist didn't even walk in the door until 10.15. Another Client had to wait until 10.30am! I had highlights with Selina, and I was not consulted on the colour ONCE! She cracked on doing what she thought was best, which ultimately left me leaving the salon with darker hair than when I walked in. They pack clients in, and leave you waiting whilst they cut someone else's hair during your appointment. A very very disappointing service, with incompetent staff, who in addition, continually moan about each other. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
