Visited for he first time this newish salon opened around 1y ago. Friendly and welcoming. Cut was good and communication excellent. Hair colour (half head highlights) was ok however the distribution of the colour was wrong so it leaves me with a chunk of much darker hair underneath and an excess of lightened hair on the top half of my head.
Colour technician was very nice and if you can be explicit as to where /how many /exactly how you want your highlights then they would be fine. Time was a little too long in salon - 3h 15mins from start of job to finish for colour+.cut and blow-dry) for me. If salon can adapt and develop they will be fine. I would go back for a cut /blowdry.

I got my hair done in another salon and they completely wrecked by colour. I went to colour my life and they sorted it all out for me exactly the way I wanted it. They did an amazing job. I'm sticking with them in future!

Fantastic value. My hairdresser was very very rough with applying foils, washing and putting toner in my hair and the blow dry. My scalp was so sore!! But price is worth it.

The hairdresser was alone so had to break off frequently to answer the phone or deal with walk-in customers. Once someone else arrived things got better. The cut was fine.

I've been here a number of times and go out of my way to get a haircut here as I always leave happy and it's very good value. However the wait was far too long on this occasion (45 mins) for a pre-booked appointment. I wouldn't have minded so much if I was warned at the start. But left happy with my new do, so 3 stars overall.
