Not as good as previous visits. I was unhappy with my highlights as there were still quite obvious roots at the front.
I also felt it was very rushed and no one checked my cut for me after the blow dry.

I have got my hair coloured quite a few times here now and the value is great! However on my last appointment, a hair stylist didn't turn up. My appointment was originally for 5pm and I didn't get seen until 5.50pm. It was very frustrating as I wasn't called during the day to explain that my appointment would be delayed. The lady who done my hair was lovely and very apologetic. But I didn't appreciate arriving early for my appointment at 4.50pm only not to be seen for a full hour later.

This was my second visit to the salon. I was really happy with my first treatment as the hairdresser was really helpful in choosing the colour and gave good advice with the cut, I left feeling happy with my new colour and my hair had that salon quality feeling you would expect when you have just had it done. I have just been back for my second appointment and it was not what I expected; I had a different hairdresser who was not helpful with the colours at all, instead of finding a combination to get the look I was after she instead simply said it wouldn't work - I am not a hairdresser so obviously I can't be expected to know how different colours work together, that's their job! I ended up getting the exact same colours as before to be safe, which was not what I had planned, and the hairdresser put so many products in my hair when drying it that I left the salon with heavy, lifeless hair as though I hadn't washed it for a week! Disappointed with this as my first appointment was amazing and such great value!
