I'm a big fan of CML, I'll continue to visit but this probably wasn't my best experience. Can't remember my hairdressers name by she wasn't as helpful with advice as some others have been, no advice on products specific to my hair type even when I specifically asked for recommendations. I didn't get a head massage during my washing which was pretty disappointing. I will continue to come back though as its great value.

The hair colour was fab, really matched my colour well and very pleased with it.
Hair cut was slightly disappointing - quite rushed, wasn't asked about whether I wanted anymore off / was happy with it and I felt like a bit of an inconvenience if I'm honest!
However, it is great value for full head of highlights irrelevant of the hair cut!

I've been here a few times now with different stylists and it's always excellent, by far the best cut/colour I've had in London and such a reasonable price. I now live in Hertfordshire and still travel here as they really do do such a good job! I recommend to all my friends, excellent salon - thanks so much!
