Really pleased with the colour this time round and my colourist checked after the appointment to ensure I was happy with it, even though I had my hair cut with someone else. Good experience and excellent value.

Overall a great experience at Colour My Life. Selena was very knowledgeable when discussing my colour and did a great job with the highlights, taking into account what I wanted and what my hair is like. She did a good job with the cut too, again really listened to what I wanted and a fantastic blow dry! All the other staff were also really friendly. The whole process took 3 hours so leave enough time, but they did a great job- great value for money!

I have been going to this salon for the last year and always booked through Treatwell. The staff have always been great and I've always been happy with my hair cut. Last Sat (5th) I decided to pop into the salon to see if they had any availability in which they booked me an appointment for Sunday 6th at 4.15. The receptionist did not write it down for me but I recorded it on my phone. I arrived at the salon on the Sunday to be told that I had missed my appointment as I was a no show. I spoke to the same lady who booked me the appointment the day before and explained that she had told me 4.15 not 2.15. She would not accept any responsibility for this misunderstanding and showed me the booking on the screen which said 14.15 - clearly she read it out wrong. She was extremely rude and did not once apologise and told me that I had seen the booking on the screen therefore she did not write it down. After an awkward confrontation I was told to sit down and one of the hairdressers apologised and said they could fit me in in around 40 minutes however being bank holiday Sunday I had plans.
I really like this salon but it has been let down by the receptionist who was extremely rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable about coming back.

Back again for my colour and again was not disappointed. I'm blonde so I got some really good tips for the lady doing my colour on how to prolong the colour and to avoid it from getting a yellowy tinge. I also got my hair restyled. I was halfway down my back and I got it cut up to my shoulders. It's a great cut and just want I wanted. And as always excellent value for money.
