Really pleased with the colour, blended in a lot better this time due to a different hairdresser doing them thinner. He also provided good advice on what colours to have when I told him the look I wanted.

Clean salon. Friendly staff. Liked my new hair do. Had a full of headlights, cut and blow dry.
HIGHLIGHTS: Highlights were applied well, nice and thin as I requested. Colour was lighter than expected and slightly warmer/orangey than I had liked (something that hasn't happened to my hair for a long time). But overall, I quite liked the coloured although it wasn't what I originally wanted.
Although I had a coffee, I was not offered any magazines whilst having my hair colours, which took 1hr plus.
WASH: A trainee hairdresser washed my hair, whom didn't seem to apply shampoo and conditioner all over my head, just the top and didn't seem to lather or massage it in very well. The water also sprayed and the temperature was too hot at times and cold at other times. She washed out the toner without a second opinion and was probably washed out a little too early.
HAIRCUT: Haircut was executed well. My hairdresser was very friendly and really knew his stuff. Unfortunately, I was not asked how I wanted my hair blow dried or finished (might have been because the salon was closing) but didn't mind because I need to get home.
OVERALL: A friendly salon, with stylists/colourist who try to understand what you want the best they can and who also know exactly what they are doing. A happy experience with a few niggles.

They did a great job with the highlights, however the first toner didn't turn out so great but they manage to fix it with the second toner.

I ended up having 4 different staff members attend to my hair, 2 doing the foils, 2 different people to wash my hair and another to cut my hair. cut was fairly average but the colour was great! pretty good going for the price I paid though.
