I was very disappointed as I booked with a particular stylist and paid that bit extra to have this stylist! But after having my colour put it another stylist came to wash, dry and cut my hair. The stylist I had booked with didn't even offer an explanation or apologise as to why or what was happening. So why did I end up still paying full price even though I didn't have the stylist I booked with. A simple explanation or apology wouldn't have been alot to ask!!! Never had a problem here before but after latest visit I'm contemplating returning.
