Asked for ashy blonde, got brassy blonde. my hair is yellower than an egg yolk 😫
Look out for hidden charges too - if you don’t get a patch test they charge you more for a rubbish toner. Also no treatment included (like it states) instead you get charged for it.
Haircut and finish was great however (different person)
Off to bathe in silver shampoo..
