I felt the whole experience was very rushed, in and out in 15 minutes. I wasn't asked to try the colour I had selected and when I requested to was told it was too late. I just didn't feel like a valued customer. I was then rather disappointed to find out there is a £2 charge for using a card but they don't tell you this in advance to see if you can get cash out instead. Overall I was rather disappointed
