I paid for gel nails and told the women this but I was charged an extra £16 as she has used shellac (not requested) on top of that my nails are squint and blocky. Not the best communication for the price I end up having to pay for horrendous nails. I'd save your money and go somewhere were they actually listen to what you want and that does not make you feel intimidated.
