Excellent quality and super quick; perfect for someone trying to squeeze in a manicure during they’re lunch break! Am so pleased with the result and my nails still look fantastic nearly two weeks later!

They did a good job of my nails and eyelashes. My concern was with the service. When I arrived they were extremely aggressive with trying to up-sell me to "better" eyelash extensions, which I had not seen available to book online, by telling me that what I had chosen would not look good. I said I would think about it, and when it came to doing the extensions, it was assumed I was going ahead with the expensive ones. I therefore had to pay a surcharge of £10, which in order to pay by card (I had not brought cash as I had already paid for the treatments online) I had to pay a surcharge of £2. This struck me as excessive. I also tried to use a loyalty card which I had been given at a previous appointment, but was told this was not available as I had booked online (despite having paid extra on arrival).
I was very disappointed by the service and felt like I was being shaken down for money rather than a valued customer (despite having paid a significant sum for the treatments I had chosen). Because I had booked online through Treatwell, I felt I was treated as a second-class customer. I willnot go to this salon again and would not recommend it to a friend.
