Terrible customer service and sub par technically. The “owner”/ daughter didn’t acknowledge me once, sitting on the front desk designing her Instagram logo. Idealistic, with no substance. Found small bit of nail fungus after pedicure. Good idea, no investment in people who can do the nail art nor the customer service. Clearly a show shop. Most posts don’t actually represent the nail art at this salon.

What a great place. Although very pink, it's very inviting. The staff are very warm and friendly. Was treated very professionally and I fully recommend Under The Clouds.
