I had an appointment booked for 10 am I arrived five minutes early and I was waiting there till 10:20 am just for my appointment and no one turned up the salon was closed what kind of service is this how can you trust such a salon they can’t even commit to the opening times

I booked an appointment in person to get my nails done, the manager even told me to come 16:30 instead of 16:00 as the girl who will do my nails will come only then. I turn up 15 min before my booking and the place is completely shout i waited half an hour until i gave up. The place was supposed to be open regards my appointment and i did not get any notification of cancelation and till now i have been trying to reach them and they dont care. Horrible place and very not nice people

Such a beautiful salon and such lovely service. Clouds' attention to detail is unmatched! I had a wonderful customer experience. So in love with my hair, will most definitely be back x

Terrible customer service and sub par technically. The “owner”/ daughter didn’t acknowledge me once, sitting on the front desk designing her Instagram logo. Idealistic, with no substance. Found small bit of nail fungus after pedicure. Good idea, no investment in people who can do the nail art nor the customer service. Clearly a show shop. Most posts don’t actually represent the nail art at this salon.

The salon has such beautiful aesthetic and the lash lift I received was exceptional. The staff were really friendly and I will definitely be returning for more treatments.
