Don't waste your time - I've tried booking x 2 seperate appointments through Treatwell and both have been cancelled within hours of the service. They clearly do not want the customers so save yourself the hassle and just book elsewhere.

BEST SALON IN THE GAME!. I visited ‘Under the clouds’ and was not disappointed from start to finish. The salon is beautiful and the owner!. The salon it self is very clean & glamorous. I was very happy with my treatment & now would now stick to here! So happy I found this salon. Ladies, don’t miss out!.

My experience was in November but after trying to contact the salon regarding my experience both by leaving a review on Treatwell, sending an email and messaging on Instagram, I feel that considering other clients, this needs to be said. I had a nice first experience at Under the Clouds. I had a haircut once, then I decided for eyebrows lamination. The second one was done by the owner I guess.
At the end of Nov I booked eyebrows wax and tint and gel manicure( new service then). I came in and met a lady (i might be wrong but I sensed it's the mother of the owner) and a nail beautician. The atmosphere right at the entrance was difficult to digest. The way that lady was treating the beautician was making me uncomfortable and I was sorry for him. He did a great job and I loved my nails. Her comments and some hmm trust issues against him were awful. After the nails were done I was invited upstairs for the eyebrows to be done by that lady( she didn't introduce herself) She made it very clear I should not leave my bag with him downstairs. In a way I feel like her behaviour had some racist background...My eyebrows.. well my skin was burnt, literally burnt. Sadly I don't seem to be able to add a photo to the review. I did not see how bad it was until I left see it in a daylight. I had both of those treatments for a wedding a day after. I wanted to cry looking at myself in the mirror. I was disappointed to not hear back, not to even say sorry, but I asked for advice on how to make it heal faster. No reply.
Good start but will not return.

Do NOTTTT go here. Waste of time! I had my appointment booked a week in advance, turned up at 11:00 and the shop was closed lol. I can see that so many other people have had the same issue. They make up their own opening times, its ridiculous. I had to find somewhere else last minute. And of course no explanation, no reply on any platform (I messaged them on Instagram, and e-mailed.) Called and they wouldn't pick up. I was fooled by the nice-looking storefront, but don't waste your time.
