They charge extra £3 to take off gel polish. I have never been to a salon that does this - it’s always included in the service. Then, when I selected 3 colours, they said two colours are free but the third is £3. I paid £31 and you can’t include polish removal and do 3 colours?! Seriously?! Then, they told me they charge less if you DON’T book with Treatwell! If I had not already prepaid I would’ve walked out. I will be going back to Natural Nails where gel polish removal and 5 colours cost £26
