Sam was a lovely therapist, unfortunately she left me on the bed half waxed covered by a towel, due to a staff member calling her out to attend another client, although she had already started my treatment, very unprofessional. She did apologise and finished the wax.

Didn’t have to wait long, and Lee was very good at his job. I would like, though, to have a clearer idea of the prices and services cause I was trouble to book for what I wanted. Also they only accept cash in the shop.
