I would suggest your staff to review appointment specifics before seeing a client.
10/10 times any of the ladies have tried to do eyebrow threading instead of waxing (which is what I paid for).
When I say I prefer waxing they still try to do some threading at some point which I don’t like and need to reiterate.
It is uncomfortable to reiterate and almost convince the technicians to do waxing (happens all the time)
Last lady I saw , did my waxing very rough and left me irritate
