Working from home for endless hours for a long time, combined with bad posture has resulted in accumulation of neck and arm tension. This physio treatment helped me a lot with my issues. I also like the fact that Christos has sent me a series of exercise, specially designed for my situation to keep me fit between the treatments. He also assessed my workstation and helped me improve my posture when working.
