After struggling with my neck and shoulder for 3 years, and spending a fortune in regular physiotherapy, Christos helped me overcome my posture and chronic pain issues with his pioneering approach. It only took one visit to Christos practice for him to understand and treat my issues. I can see and feel the benefits of his treatment immediately, I am stronger- flexible than ever. Christos is really friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him and his approach enough.
