If you want the core problems solved when it comes to ache's and pain this is the best place to go. Always getting to the route problem and solving as opposed to a quick win and then that same problem / pain coming back

Great session. I felt much better immediately. Christos has sent me also a series of strengthening exercises and stretches, specially designed for my issues, which I have already started doing at home, between our therapy sessions. These seem to work as well.
