Diana has worked in Holistic Therapeutic Therapies for over 20 years. She started her journey with an ITC level 3 in Swedish Holistic , Sport and Indian Head massage in London. A few years later she traveled to Thailand to learn traditional Thai massage, a unique therapy which opened her eyes to a different concept of treating the body. After her Thai experience she returned to London to continue learning relaxing and therapeutic therapies which enabled her to enrich her knowledge. Diana approach is a variation of Eastern techniques and Western philosophy. She is a member of CThA (Complimentary Therapy Association UK). She also has an ITEC level 3 in diet & nutrition for complimentary therapist.

Ilias is a physical therapist with experience in busy private clinics and sports teams. He is a member of HCPC and CSP with FA First Aid qualification (ITMIFF). As a sportsperson, he wanted to expertise in MSK sports injuries; he fulfilled an MSc Degree (Sports & Exercise Medicine, QMUL) with distinction and is currently working on a premier league football team. His passion is exploring people’s interests and returning them back to what they used to love doing. His main area of expertise is lower limb injuries, as an ACL patient himself, can really put his own experience and understand his patient’s needs. He is an expert in manual therapy, taping techniques, exercise prescription and Pilates training.

Stelios is a Movement and Sports Therapy Specialist with 14+ years’ experience. He is a member of the CThA (Complementary Therapists Association, UK) and CNHC (equivalent to: BTEC National Diploma / Extended Diploma in Kinesiotherapy, RQF Level 3 / SCQF Level 6-7 / CQFW Level 3, UK ENIC). He has studied kinesiotherapy, sports therapy, alternative and holistic therapies in Greece and Diploma An Osteopathic Approach to the TMJ and Headaches in UK. Stelios specialises in medical, sports and therapeutic massage which releases the body from chronic pains. He is an expert in Kinesiotaping, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Relax Massage and Cupping Therapy. Areas of expertise: Sciatic Nerve Block, Neck and Shoulder pain, Lower Back Pain, Headaches and Migraines.

Jiaying is a passionate kinesiologist and sports therapy rehabilitator, with extensive experience in China, Canada, and the UK. Holding a distinction in her MSc in Orthopedics from UCL, she complements her foundational studies in Kinesiology - Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Alberta. With a profound interest in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and the intricacies of the nervous system, Jiaying specializes in pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation and chronic pain management, drawing from her clinical experience in rehabilitation and NHS theaters. Her journey into physical rehabilitation began as a national synchronized swimmer, offering invaluable firsthand insight into the effects of injuries and trauma on both mental and physical well-being. Driven by her personal experiences, Jiaying is dedicated to delivering pain-free experiences and promoting holistic well-being through effective therapeutic interventions. Certified in sports massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy (CST), manual therapy: brain-reflex, and Reiki healing, Jiaying tailors her care to achieve optimal recovery and enhance the quality of life for her clients.
