The staff are lovely. There is no evidence that tools used for nails or face are sterilised. There is no relaxing ambience. I didn't come there for that so I didn't miss it but the chairs are torn, the music is a too-loud pianist playing the same track over and over. But lovely sweet staff. Did the required job.
