Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing Facial with Julia - a fantastic facial! Julia is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great treatment. The shoulder and head massage that is included in this facial was wonderful; Julia has a very firm touch which is needed for shoulder massages. I will definitely go back!

I went to the salon for a half leg, Hollywood and underarm wax just before going on holiday. The leg wax was done first, all fine. Next my Hollywood and then underarms. Both felt very sore at the time, but the therapist just said it was because I hadn't had it done in a while and kept assuring me that she had over 30 years experience. Over the next couple of days (over my holiday) it became apparent that she had burnt my underarms and bikini area. Throughout my holiday, they looked hideous and were incredibly sore, going from red to blistery to flaky and peeling, no matter how regularly I applied moisturiser to help. I honestly wished I hadn't bothered as they definitely would have looked nicer had I just shaved. I have tried calling several times, but haven't been able to get through.
