Great service
Overall I had a good experience. The lady who treated me was very nice. The leg waxing was efficient. The room was lovely and warm for the massage. Problem with the aromatherapy massage was that I had a bed without a head hole. I was told that other rooms had beds with head holes, but not to worry as she would work on my neck when I turned over! This seemed a little obscurd. I had come to deal with stiffness and muscle tension, not to have it caused and then relieved! Nevertheless the massage itself was good. Unfortunately the Indian head massage was not good. I felt like I was having my head scratched the whole time, with also quite a lot of painful pulling my hair inadvertently while doing the scratchy motions. I am not convinced that this lady was trained in Indian Head massage.
Treatment was ok but not relaxing. The music kept jumping and sticking and staff were having a loud conversation. The overall experience wasn't great would not return there.
Very relaxing facial; my skin felt really cleansed and fresh afterwards and the therapist was friendly and attentive
My family and have been going for the last 3 years as it is convenient, Central and the staff always try to get me in an appointment asap. We love the walk in approach for the threading service. The threading booth needs to keep their area a little more neatly as well as the area around the bathroom. But overall a comfortable experience when we go and we never had any problems. They are honest and fair and even called me immediately when they overcharged me due too miscommunication between staff. The online booking system is a game changer. Loved it.
