Very nice lady (Rupal) —will always ask for her in the future.
Job done quickly yet not rushed.
Premises looked clean enough though could have be better.
I did a hot wax pedicure once but the lady took a file that was certainly not new or disposable and that put me off from having another pedicure ever in this institute even though apart from that detail I would have liked to renew the experience on a regular basis.

Toilet area goes through staff area/kitchen which is not very slightly.
Decor of therapy rooms can improve.
Therapy rooms floors are always sticky with wax.
Staff should make sure to remove all wax residue from clients skin and clothes after treatment for an excellent service experience.

Sue on bookings is efficient and polite and flexible with timings.
I had good experience with Roopal beauty therapist.
Towels and bathrobes look old so new towels could be nice.
