Clean, quick, almost not painful. The therapist was lovely, always checking how I was doing. I was aware she wasn’t going to be able to remove every single hair as I’ve been shaving lately, but she mentioned that to avoid disappointment. At the end she asked me to check if I was happy with both treatments which is always nice. All and all, a good experience and I’ll definitely be back.
Just a heads up, they are located on the ground floor, all the way in the end by a famous shop.

I will never get back there again!What I really detested were their manners and the way I had the treatment done. Reema isn't a good technician because I had bad skin pain during and after wax. As well I have never been in a centre in which I didn't have the possibility to change in peace and also this continuous checking. As a customer I felt irritated. This isn't a way to behave, no matter how late I could be, she could have offered me the possibility to change in the toilet. You deserve a 0
