Upon arriving we were greeted by an empty desk where we called down the corridor to no response. We waited a moment and someone came out of a treatment room and greeted us with what can only be described as a look of disappointment. We felt straight away like we didn’t want to be there and they didn’t want us to be there. We were a moment late for our appointment which they clearly weren’t ready for either and after complaining to us that we were late and how that’s going to effect the treatment and ambiance (which I don’t think they knew what it was) we were shoved into a tiny room for a couples massage. When we got undressed they opened the door a split second after knocking and my girlfriend was topless and given no towel to cover herself with. They proceeded to try and talk to us despite trying to shut the door on them to give her the common decency of privacy. By this time they had wasted 10 minutes of our 30 minute massage. We decided to leave and request a refund as we were not relaxed, welcomed and had very little trust in their abilities considering the state of the place. We are leaving this review to warn others to bypass this venue and stay clear. Treatwell have been very good to us so far, the lady we spoke to in customer service is doing everything she can to get our money back and we thank her for her help. Please everyone, stay clear. It was not a healthy or relaxing environment.

I would definitely recommend Cleo Clinic to anyone. It is a lovely little place and the staff are all very nice especially Pary and Preeti. I used to be nervous about having a Hollywood wax but Pary seems to have an almost pain free technique. Can't wait for my next treatment :)
