The lady was friendly but not conscientious and the job was poorly done - I didn't dare say anything when she asked but she shouldn't have dared asking me if that was okay either.
I have noticed the service has gone done the past year - the ladies there are always friendly but the waxing isn't good enough anymore, really rushed (although no client is waiting) and the opposite of neat - and I have been telling myself I wouldn't go back a couple of times but this time was definitively the last.

I booked an hour treatment, when i arrived I was informed as it was towards the end of the day and they needed to pack up and get out on time I would only have 45 minutes ( I was also 5 minutes late so this brought it down to 40 minutes).
I booked in for the ‘Brazilian and full leg wax’ treatment promotion. Because of the time restraint I was only given a half leg and to make it worse, I ended up having to pay an extra £8 for hot wax rather than strip, even though I had less treatments over all and the type of wax wasn’t specified when booked.
To her credit whilst doing my waxing the lady offered for me to come back the next day as she was rushed, but by this point I didn’t feel I wanted to spend anymore time in the salon.
A few days later I had to go else where and get everything done again as it was so patchy, just overall not what I expected. It wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend at all.
