This is my second visit. My first time I chose sports massage and aftercare plan as I had been suffering some time with a shoulder issue. Wynston was great, put me at ease from the beginning and has put me on the road to recovery with my shoulder.

Highly recommend going here. Despite being hidden down an alley, the place itself is lovely and well furnished. I met Ellie and she talked me through what I might like to focus on during the session. And we both got to laugh at how tight my legs and shoulders were... Not anymore!!! :)

Treatment was ok. Be nice if more of my body was treated. She missed my head and arms even though I’d asked for it

Been a while since I’ve had a sports massage but Pamoura knew how much pressure to apply to be effective but not unbearably painful. Will be back, once I’ve received!
