Excellent appointment with Ant. Really knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Even sent me some physio style stretches and strengthening exercises via email despite this being a one-off appointment. Would highly recommend.

I had a sports massage with Jennifer to alleviate pain in my knee and ankle. She was so welcoming and warm and made me feel so comfortable throughout. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me so much about the possible causes of my current injury and how to mitigate it in future. My body felt immediately better after having the massage. It was truly a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it enough !
