I have been having biweekly sports massage with Jenny as I have been training for the London marathon. I first visited 3 months ago, having done very little running. Jenny has since provided me with exercises to help strengthen potentially troublesome areas, drills to improve my running technique, advice on training and recovery, injury rehabilitation and general massage to keep my body fighting fit. She is knowledgeable, approachable and has been absolutely key to my training.
I went for a massage due to a slight running injury that recently occurred. Not only did Jennifer give a great massage, she educated me and explained why certain areas were hurting which I really appreciated. She also gave me some stretches and strengthening work to go to help with it too. 10/10.
Circle 8 Massage and Jennifer are great! I had a good deep tissue massage with good pressure following a course of treatment for pain in my lower back and elbow. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable and created a friendly environment. Alongside this I have been provided advice and exercises that I can continue to use outside this sessions.
