Jennifer was friendly & welcoming. She explained how things would go & invited me to complete a brief assessment in writing & then analysed my movement before providing a really effective treatment to ease the discomfort originating from my shoulder and increase the range of movement. Within a couple of days my range of movement was greatly improved and pain hugely less.
