Sports massage was great- Ant knows his stuff and worked on my hips and lower back. I was also given a really thorough email with exercises to do at the gym and at home. The new place looks really good and is very spacious.

I had the CBD deep tissue massage with Ant. It was great, my shoulders and neck were a mess but feeling so much better now. Ant also sent me some exercises to do at home in a really detailed email. The new location is great and looks really smart. Will be back again in the future.
