It's nice to go for a massage and have your issues actually explained to you, whats happening and how to fix it, rather than being told to keep coming back!
Ant was absolutely fantastic, explained my issues, the cause, he even sent me a gym program with some rehab exercises in!

Oh my! That was the best massage ever! I went in with the tightest shoulders in Leeds and left with them feeling so much better!! Was such a good session Jennifer she went to town on me and it was AWESOME! She is super friendly and gave me some tips on how to not let’s me shoulders get so bad again. I will definitely be going back i got some tight hammies that need the same treatment! ☺️
