I am very chilled and don't ask for perfection but after 50 minutes for a extended biking wax that should last 20 minutes I hardly got a bikini line! I am still covered on hair!
Let's be honest the beautician that did my treatment had not idea of what she was doing, not a clue. Not even able to pull the wax quickly and properly! I could do that by myself and better.
Since the place opened I went there and had not problems but after this I am not going there ever again, unacceptable treatment.
