Hayden did such a good job and I can’t fault him.
I do however think it’s pretty poor that you allowed a 16 year old lad run the salon on his own. Even more so as he was telling me how he’d only started a week prior. That’s a lot of pressure and responsibility to put on such a young person.
I would happily have my treatment again from Hayden but he needs proper supervision for her safety and the safety of your clients.
