Inna interpreted what I wanted and was very confident in her approach, I walked in with long dry over highlighted locks in terrible condition. She has balanced the colour beautifully back to a much more suitable natural colour for me, and conditioned the hair which is smooth and shiny. She also styled and cut the hair beautifully, it’s much shorter but still in a long style that suits me. Inna is friendly and clearly talented. Arrived and the place was deserted. Given a glass of wine - seemed like a nice touch :) - and told that Stephan would “just be a minute”. 15 minutes later (still the only customer) I was told that Stephan wasn’t even on the premises and was “running late”. A chap (who didn't identify himself) suggested that he would do the haircut. I'd seen enough and followed my instincts and left.
