I had my hair done by Benoit and it was great. I am very fussy and have had the same hairdresser for 2 years but she was unavailable so I booked Chez Stephan through Treatwell. I could not be more pelased with the cut and colour. I can't understand the negative comments on here. Yes it maybe unusual that he used tissue and not foil but it worked and it's lovely talking to someone who is passionate and uses different ideas. The lovely wine was a plus too! I would definitely go back.
(I haven't given it a 5 as a rarely rate anything full marks!!)

I was running very late to my appointment and they were very gracious about it, my hair was highlighted very well, however I thought the cut was rather choppy, not horrible by any means but certainly not what I would describe as a good cut. He even used a razor on the ends to straighten it out which I thought was very strange! Overall I'm happy enough with it, but probably would only go back to get it coloured! Very nice to get a glass of wine to sit with too!!
